1. How do I find the price of the photographs
I see?
To check a price go to the images information page. To get to the image's information page click on the thumbnail of the image you are interested in. A larger version of that image will appear with the information displayed next to it and the price and inventory number is below the image. You can also see the price for all the photographs by going to the index. The index is reachable by
selecting the search button on the bottom navigation bar. In the index
you will see a small thumbnail of each photograph with the price to
the right of it.

2. Is everything displayed on the site for sale?
Most things are. Sometimes there will be a hold on a piece to allow
a client time to consider purchasing it, but this is resolved in a few
days. Call or e-mail us to let us know you are interested. If the hold
comes off we will contact you. Check the price which is located below
the image on the big picture page (click on the small version of the
image to get to it). If the photograph is on hold for a pending sale
"hold" will appear instead of the price. If the picture has sold you
will see the word "sold" displayed.

3. I am an artist. How do I submit work for
consideration?
In this new electronic era, the need for an artist to make slides is practically non-existent. That is good news to us as we do not accept slides by snail mail or any other means. If you would like us to view your work, e-mail NO MORE THAN 3 jpegs to info@klotzgallery.com. The jpegs should be small no more than 3" high and 72dpi. If we would like to see more of your work we will contact you.

4. I sent you an e-mail message ages ago and
have not received a response. What gives?
E-mail messages that are sent from our "Search Form" and "Queries and
Comments" section go through our Web site server. The messages we receive
in this manner come to us anonymously. That is to say that we do not
know the e-mail address source for each message unless you type in your
e-mail address on the form and make sure it is correct. When you send
us a message from one of our forms, you will receive an automated response
message. This is confirmation that your message will be received by
us. If you do not receive one of these automated response messages then
your e-mail address was most likely improperly entered. So please, if
you wish for us to respond leave at least your e-mail address or we
have absolutely no way of getting in touch with you. If you would like,
please try again as we do want to hear from you.

5. What is a Print Rail?
The print rail is similar in function to the "shopping cart" on some websites. In the art gallery however, there are no carts (heaven forbid) but rather a Print Rail which is a platform upon which a prospective buyer lays out the art work under consideration in order to make final choices. There's one in my bricks and mortar office, and I wanted to have my virtual clients share in its usefulness.
As you browse the Klotz Gallery website add those prints that are of interest to you to your personal Print Rail by selecting "add to print rail" which is on the page that displays the large image with the catalogue description and price. When you are ready to review your print rail choices click on the button "go to print rail" which is on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
